Weights while watching...

While watching television, sit on an exercise ball and perform upper body strength training and abdominal exercises. During commercial breaks do squats for the whole break, then back to weights when the show comes back on, then for the next break do lunges and continue to alternate.

T.V. while on the treadmill

I put a shelf up in front of my treadmill so that I can workout and watch TV or shows online. My strategy is I can only watch Greys Anatomy if I'm on the treamill, most of the show are 43mins commercial free on abc.com

Short but SWEAT!

My new found secret to consistancy is BodyRock.Tv, the workouts are short intervals and if you really push yourself (which you should since their so short) you will walk away dripping in sweat.
