workout first thing in the morning

I find that on the week-ends I get so much more done during the day if I wake up and do my workout. I feel good and I have energy to keep going after my workout.

I love how once one thing starts to get on track so many other aspects of my life begin going well. For example, if I start working out regularly, I eat better, and then I get more work done at my job, and that spreads out to getting things organized in the home. And I just feel better and better.

Ways to motivate myself to exercise

Sometimes I just put in one of my workout dvds and watch it to get motivation to work out. I usually only have to watch it for a few minutes before I decide I am going to work out.
