When I have fruit such as berries or bananas that are getting a bit too ripe, I lay them on a plate and pop them in the freezer. When frozen, store them in zip lock bags for smoothies. I cut bananas into 4 or 5 pieces first. Just pop them into the blender along with milk and yogurt for a delicious cold smoothie.

IF YOU HAVEN'T WORN IT IN A YEAR, DONATE IT Get rid of anything in your closet that no longer fits or you don't wear because you don't like it. Make a list, donate it to charity and get a receipt for an income tax deduction.

Try Spelling Variations Before Adding Foods
Before you spend time adding a food that you are tracking, try a couple different variations on the spelling. I wanted to enter McDonald's Oatmeal this morning and there were 52 entries!
