Drinking lots of water is not one of my strong points, but I do find that drinking diet green tea with citrus (I get mine at Costco) helps to keep my weight going down.
When I get the munchies for something sweet, I eat Frosted Mini Wheat or Honey Nut Cheerios cereal. They are whole grain and low calorie.
It's kind of like having your cake and eating it too.
Yesterday was to be one of my heavy work out days, but I was at home getting things done and didn't want to leave. I almost called my work out buddy husband and said "Let's skip it". I rethought the situation, got dressed and walked the two blocks to the gym. Afterwards I felt great!!!
