Fit it in when you can

Fitting in enough exercise on a busy schedule can be a challenge. Instead of taking my breaks at my desk, I walk around the block. I also make sure to walk during my lunch for at least 10 or 15 minutes. Those little bits add up fast!

Keep Measuring Cups and Spoons Handy

Leave a set of measuring cups and spoons in your dish drainer. They'll be a constant reminder of the importance of portion control and accurate tracking.

Swagbucks

I have found a website called swagbucks in which you can earn points for doing web searches, taking advantage of different offers in which some are free, and many other things. Then you can redeem your points for different prizes just last week I redeemed points for a $10 gift cert for Amazon!!

light juice

If you like juices like Tropicana 50 *fewer carbs* just buy the regular OJ and add water to the juice in your glass. Start with 1/4 water and see how you like the taste. You can use more water according to your personal taste. You get twice as much for half the price and fewer calories and carbs!
