getting enough sleep!

I just don't eat well, exercise or even have a very positive attitude if I don't get enough sleep. I force myself to get into bed by nine so i can read (Currently working on The Spark)

Thank the bad thoughts for sharing, and then KICK THEM OUT!

I have NO control over the tons of thoughts that pop in my head. I DO have control over which ones I "invite in to sit and stay a while". When the thoughts in my head are negative, I say "thanks for sharing" and turn my back on them: they are not my "friends" with whom I want to share mind time.
