My Journey

I am so happy to have found SparkPeople.com. It has helped keep on truck in all areas:- diet, exercise, and living life one day at a time
I am not making head ways right now but I am hanging in there and not giving up hope. One area I see changes is my blood sugar levels are really starting to stabalize and I am sure my doctor will be happy when I see him in 5 days.I have been in a plateau with my weight for so many months but with SparkPeople regiment, I seem to be making head ways in small ways.
