I have found that brushing my teeth after dinner (I usually eat at about 7:30pm) will prevent me from snacking on other things when I am not even hungry! Really saves those unneeded calories!
I found that if I put what I am going to eat for the next day into my Food Tracker the night before then I am more likely to stick to my calorie range. It really keeps me honest about what I am eating!
I love morning workouts; however, sometimes I find myself tired and unmotivated to push myself to high intensity in the mornings. A few weeks ago I found out that my gym had 5:45 am spinning classes. I have started going every Mon, Wed, and Fri mornings and LOVE IT!
This cheese has really transformed my turkey sandwiches. I used to have sliced cheese as well as mayo. Now I use the spreadable cheese and I feel as though it doubles as a condiment. I save myself a bunch of calories and it is good!
Don't be frustrated when you aren't seeing the weight loss results that you want to see right away. It takes a little time for your body to start responding to your new found healthy lifestyle. Remember, the weight didn't come on overnight, so it isn't going to come off that way either!
