Bulk food can be a real money saver but recording nutritional information is made much harder. I used to copy all the information from the tag on the item in the store but now I take out my digital camera and take a picture of it so I have it ready when I get home and add the food into my tracker. It's a great time saver to a great money saving strategy.
When I'm running late in the morning and I don't have time to sit down and eat my breakfast, I make a serving of oatmeal in the microwave and dump it into a thermos. Granted, I can't drink it on the way to work, but the thermos keeps it warm until I get a chance to eat it.
I pre-measure in a pitcher my daily water intake and leave on the counter. Therefore I can see through the day if I am remembering to gt my water. Then I am not trying to get it all down at the end of the day. I also take a bottle water every time I leave the house and drink in the car.

It makes it nearly impossible for that devil on my shoulder to tell me I have something better to do!

I highly recommend walking in the rain with your bathing suit on...I have done it and it is fun! I was thinking next time...I should bring a bar of soap and kill two birds with one stone...I would not recommend walking in the rain if it is thundering or lightening though...walk on sparkers!
In spite of all your good intentions and all the measures you have taken to be consistent with exercise, you will get on a roll and then run into days when you don't at all feel like doing it. Don't think so much about how you feel. Just do it and your feelings will catch up, as well as results.
