Those who workout in the morning have less time for an excuse.

I TRY TO WAKE UP 30 MINUTES EARLIER EVERY MORNING AND DO THE 30 DAY SHRED DVD. IT GIVE ME MORE ENERGY THROUGH OUT THE DAY AND BY THE TIME I GET HOME FROM WORK I CAN JUST CHILL OUT AND GO TO SLEEP. CONFIDENT KNOWING THAT I WORKED OUT.
