In The Sparks Book appendices there is a section showing exercises you can do without equipment. In the morning I do one set of those every day to get me going. Only takes 5 minutes and you don't have to have "rest" days because you are not doing multiple sets or pushing yourself.
If you haven't already, you have to try interval training for your cardio. It makes the time fly, burns more calories, and gets you in better shape. Try one minute of intense activity followed by 2 minutes of recovery for 30 minutes.
Sometimes when I put something into the microwave I use the time before it is done to do a short burst of exercise. Jumping jacks, steping up and down on the stairs, kitchen counter push-ups.....whatever. When the bell rings the food is done and I have fit a little more exercise into my day!
