I set an alarm on my phone so I move every hour for at least 5 minutes. I usually go up and down my stairs a few times to get the heart rate up. I also use the rest room on the opposite level of the house I am at. So if I am upstairs I go down stairs and vice versa! Every little movement helps!
Everyday I schedule on the planner an appointment for ME !! Receiving a reminder for ME!! is motivating know I have scheduled out time for ME!! I am important enough to schedule in ME!! time.

I squeeze in a little extra ST/exercise by doing one set every time I use the restroom at work. One day is Squats, the next is Wall Push-up, etc. I pick one exercise and do a set of 15 every time. Gets in a bit of exercise without taking too much time out of work.
