I have a lot of skin tags and I hate them. I found a great way to get rid of them on the internet though and it's easy and way cheaper than the doctor. You tie a piece of string (I use floss) around the skin tag and tie it tight. I then cut the ends so I can go out in public without people noticing. A day or two later the skin tag turns black and a day or so after that it falls off.
Sometimes I wake up in the morning and find the clothes I'm going to wear are a little wrinkled. I hate to iron (and it takes up time) so I have found another alternative. I hang the clothes in the bathroom near the shower while I'm in it and the steam from the hot water unwrinkles the clothes. The water doesn't even have to be that hot. If you get out of the shower and the mirror is steamed that should probably be hot enough.
I have found there are some easy ways to get spark points by doing multiple things at the same time. For instance opening the Best of Spark People email gives you one point. Opening and reading the complete article gives you three points towards an article read. Some insiders give complete articles too. That way you get 1 point for opening an insider and three points for reading the whole article. It saves time too if you're having a busy day.
I used to always dig into the candy bowl when it was time to pass out the treats to the kids. Then I discovered a secret. I buy candy that the kids will like but that I'm not that crazy about. That way you don't feel much of a temptation to eat it.
I have horrible cravings for sweets-all the time. So recently while trying to find alternatives to drinking pop, I began to drink tea and realized it helps to get rid of my sugar cravings. I drink white, green, and red teas with no milk (gets rid of health benefits) and no sugar.
If you have bad dandruff most shampoos can't help you can find another use for the apple cider vinegar in your pantry. Just rinse hair with 1/2 a cup of it, rinse, and then shampoo. The first time it may work best to do it three times in a row. After that once or twice a week should work. Apple cider vinegar also works to get rid of product build up so you can use it even if you don't have dandruff.
