I add ginger to a lot of the foods I cook. Ginger is a good remedy for most stomach ailments and adds a spicy kick to foods. It's great with chicken, veggies, and shrimp. I also like to add it to my marinara sauce. It adds kick and cuts down on the heartburn, too!
Stress can drive me so batty that I make bad decisions that compound the stress instead of relieving it. Traditional stress relief methods don't always work, but just a five minute prayer can lift the mountain of stress off my shoulders quickly.
Stress can cause us to want to give up, especially when it's caused by things going wrong. Take a few minutes to ease your stress: listen to music, read, walk, just relax. When you have less stress, it's easier to make good decisions.
