I had an off morning. So instead of moping around, I grabbed my water, a towel, and worked out. Not only do I feel better, my body will thank me. My stress levels have been down thanks to being active!!!
Thinking positive about your workouts is a great way to get through it. "I can do this..." "this is really going to pay off..." "Look how far I've come..." Positive thinking; just do it!!!
Eight glasses of water a day is no joke! It's hard to keep count and can sometimes be intimidating. So what I do is always keep a water bottle with me; like a security blanket. That way, no matter what, I have a drink handy ;)
