Eliminate the negative
Garbanzo beans, also called chickpeas, are medium-sized, round beans. They have no distinct flavor to me, but I drain them & add them to my salads because they are rich in protein & have heart protecting fiber, lower cholesterol,& lower blood sugar because they have steady, slow-burning energy. Sometimes I eat them aqs a snack right out of the can or bake them on a sheet sprinkled with cinnamon. Try them if you have never had them!
Learn to distinguish between what is truly important and what is not. Ask yourself if the outcome of a particular situation will affect you in a year's time. If not, then let go of all the stress and worry that accompany the situation. It's not worth it in the long run.

Frozen vegetables really are just as nutritious as fresh. Mineral content and vitamin content is almost the same. Just make sure you donít select blends that contain sauces,high salt, high sugar, or other unhealthy additives. Use in soups, chili, casserole dishes, sauces, omelets, stir-fries, steamed side dishes. Frozen green pepper bits are economical at $1 a bag, check out frozen brocolli, califlower, spinach and more. Some times you can save $$$'s.
