Exercise & Recycling

1. Park further out at the grocery market and walk if you can.
2. Get the recycling bags from the shop (Krogers gives you a percentage off the cost - some shops) when you use them, also easier to carry and use as weights when taking them home to unload.
3. Remember to recycle your water bottles and cans and save the environment along with your other products when trash time comes around. GO GREEN!

Recycle & Organize & Help Schools & Students

Donate old games (resource rooms for special ed), arts & crafts (crayons, construction paper, jars washed and cleaned, yarn, and such), old magazines and newspapers for Art classes at Schools. Donate sewing machines, pasta makers, etc to Home Ec ( to teach kids how to sew and cook). Donate instruments to band/orchestra for kids who can't afford to buy but want to learn.

To lose weight, don't drink pop, diet or otherwise. It expands your stomach walls. IF you drink, make sure : no carbonation and no more than 8 grams of sugar in the ingredients. Minute Maid Light Lemonade & Cherry Limeade with ICE....0 sugar, 5 calories. So next time you get thirsty? Check that out OR Fuze Slenderize 10 calories 1g sugar, or Lifewater, check to see what the sugar is in it. So other than coffee or tea, those are great options.
