Getting Going

Even when I don't feel like exercising I make myself at least start by saying that I will only exercise 10 minutes. Most of the time I do a full workout once I get started.

Any workout will do.

I have found that any amount of workout is worth doing. When I can't do a full workout, half will do, so much better than nothing
