Fell off the plan over the weekend while on vacation. Back to business today. Need to stay on track to reach my goals!

Going on a scrap retreat and worried about the bad food and alcohol that will be around. Planning on bringing my own food and staying away from the alcohol. We will see how it goes.
I have denied myself many things I love theses past 6 weeks. Things such as alcohol, sweets, etc. Tonight and last night I had enough calories to eat some fruit, milk and a few brownie bites. Yeah for me. They were so good. Back to normal now though.
I did it! I surpassed by 6 week weight loss goal. Now on to the next goal. 5 lbs more by 3/15.
Tomorrow morning is the final Biggest Loser weigh-in. We will see what happens. Worked out hard this weekend and have been eating well. We will see tomorrow if I made my 6 week goal of 18-20lbs lost.
Last weigh-in for my Biggest Loser's competition and then I am on my own after 6 weeks. Hope I met my goal and that I can continue the great work I have already done.
I ate far from healthy tonight. Tonight I had no willpower and ate almost everything I saw and wanted. Back to business tomorrow. Weigh-in on Monday and need to do some serious damage control by then.
I want a triple chocolate cupcake from SAS so bad it hurts. Keep thinking about it. Now I am going to use that as a reward for losing 25lbs. So here I go, I have 8lbs to go to my goal and special treat.
