I have found a way to keep track of leftovers, portions sizes, and calories per serving. The plastic ziplock containers that you can use for food storage can be written on with a dry erase marker (it comes right off, just like on a marker board). On the lid, right down what one serving of the food is and how many calories per serving. It comes right off when you wash it!
