Instead of cups I have a reusable water bottle that holds 8 cups of water. I fill it in the morning and drink it throughout the day. It is an easy way to know you did your water for the day! I always end up filling it at least twice!
Sleep in your (clean) workout clothes. Then when you wake up you're ready to go!
I have found that if I double chop veggies or make a 6 oz cut of meat I can save it for lunch (or sometimes breakfast), the next day. It not only saves time but also the hassle of deciding what to eat!
