If you find that your only losing one or two pounds (which is great) but you want to see more Just remember that every cal counts. Instead of upsetting yourself try saying i burned a whooping 3,500 cals of fat from my body!!!! A lb isn't just a lbs ,you should know you worked your butt off for it. Now celebrate it !!!

Enjoy your night out wothout felling quilty or deprived

If you like to check out the new movies in the theater but worry about snacking try bringing your own popcorn. This way you still have control over your snacking ,you know the cal count and that it's not drenched in salt and butter.But don't stop there i like to pack fruits; strawberries or grapes. i love cucumbers so i slice one up to take along. Keep varity so don't fell deprived if your with your friends.

enjoying your outings without felling quilty nor deprived

why buy popcorn in the movies? You don;t know how many cals are in there and there drenched with salt and butter. I like to pop some at home put them in a bag and take them with me,This way i can enjoy myself and my snack without felling quilty or deprived. But why stop there? You can pack fruits whatever you want. I love cucumbers so i slice one up and take it along with me. Jot it in my nutrtion tracker so that i know i'm not going over my daily allowed cals and i'm good to go!

self motivation

I set reminders on my phone to go of near the times i start craving my sugary snacks , half way threw a workout,and other random times that i don't even remember. I say something " step away from the candy bar and onto the treadmill" "You are so beautiful" "come on you can do this ,no one can get or stand in your way if your constantly moving" or i have a song to play at a certain time. It helps me to stay motivated.
