grilling meat most nights and adding some filling vegetables. i have learned to love Lima beans, corn on the cob, steamed broccoli, potatoes with 0 calorie butter spray, field peas, fresh tomatoes. It all feels you up and you feel good about what you ate. I love grilled pork chops dip in franks hot sauce. Yum:0
