I set my phone/alarm by my light switch. When my alarm goes off, I turn the light on and fan off. Then I lay back in bed while I stretch and allow my body to wake up. I've made it to all my morning workouts and this routine hasn't failed me. Good LUCK!
I am very active and building a lot of muscle, therefore I do NOT weigh myself daily. When I did weigh myself, I found that I became discouraged. Why weigh yourself when you are in your within your ideal weight already and extremely active?! I know my weight is in tip-top shape when my old clothes fit well and I feel GREAT!!!
