Taking It One Meal At A Time

I've learned overtime that I need to take it one meal or snack at a time. I do try plan meals for the day but sometimes that doesn't always work. So, I take it one meal at a time and I can't obsess over what may or may not happen. I can only worry about the present. If I did poorly with a meal than I makeup for it the next meal. I allow for this.
