Avacado Surprise

I chopped up an avacado today and added it to my salad for lunch. Afterwards I added the avacado to my tracker and realized it has 250 cal and 22.5g fat! Not what I was expecting from a vegetable. Note to self: check nutritional info of new food before consuming emoticon
