I only focus on working out TODAY. Even though I have plans to workout everyday, I don't worry about tomorrow. I just tell myself do it TODAY and track it. Without realizing it before I know it, I have worked out everyday.
Don't stress out about what I need to do or should do for the week, month, or year. I take it one day at a time. Even if I miss the mark today, as long as GOD blesses me to see another day, I have a chance to get it right. No condemnation from anyone (including self). Miss it, own it, do better.
