A Breakfast Idea: try Hot Cereal with Chocolate Milk!
Whole Grain Cream of wheat + Low Fat Chocolate Milk + Fresh banana (or any kind of fruit or berries) makes a delicious breakfast! Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon and chopped nuts on top for even better version.
