When having a craving, I remind myself that nothing tastes as good as weight loss feels...and then I go for a walk in the fresh air. Being outside in the sunshine away from temptation helps.
When I hit a plateau, I switched up my exercise routine, by doing cardio after weight training. (I did do a warm up prior to weight training.) Also key for me was staying calm about it and accepting it as part of the process.
I added more protein, especially for breakfast, in my diet as well as raw veggies like celery and cucumbers - they help fill me up so I don't over eat.
