Make Exercise Fun

When I exercise at the gym or outside I don't mind going, but sometimes I want a change. So I will sign up for a charity walk. You will meet new people and make a difference. So go check out your state or city for a walk or run.

Keep pushing

If I am not huffing or trying to catch my last breath. Keep burning till I can't stop. If my legs and arms are like we can do 10-20-30 minutes more than I just go for it. emoticon

Dont let the POLLEN keep you inside..

The pollen is bad. I just take my Allegra. I just do my 30-45 minutes outside or at the gym and go on with my day.

Before I leave in the morning I put my gym bag in my car that way when I get off of work I can go straight there. If you dont put it in the car you won't go.
