Use that Nutrition Tracker for EVERY BITE. It is so easy to underestimate how many calories I've eaten unless I measure, weigh and track my food. Sometimes I don't eat a treat offered at the office just because I don't want to have to figure out how to count it.
When I need to revitalize my flagging motivation, I browse through the Motivational Sparkpages and read about others who have had successes and it reminds me that weight loss IS possible. If they can do it, I can do it too!
