One of the best ways to stay motivated is by helping others to stay motivated. Support others, encourage them! Celebrate with them when they reach a goal! To me this is so motivating! I love seeing others succeed and it makes me more determined to succeed as well!
Sometimes we feel hopeless, like we are not getting anywhere, nothings going our way, etc. Something I learned is that if I just keep trudging and keep Believing! A blessing will come my way! Like Foot Prints in the Sand! God was carrying us the whole time, so we were never really alone or hopeless! He has his time and WILL SHOW YOU BLESSING! JUST BELIEVE!!! And BELIEVE in yourself!
I weigh myself each morning when I wake up! The reason I do this is, it gives me a reality check for the day and I tend to do better ! If you do this, keep in mind that the scale is only one way to measure sucess! How you feel and how your clothes fits and taking meausrements! Are excellent ways!
We all have set back or fall off the wagon from time to time! Its called BEING HUMAN! Dont be so hard on yourself if you dont do so great or have a bad day! Get up! Brush yourself off and use it as motivation to do better the next day! WE CAN DO THIS!!!
Theres nothing more motivating than getting support from your fellow spark friends! Just a simple WAY TO GO or WE CAN DO IT! Can go a long way! Leave a comment on someones page or blog or a spark goodie! You can make someones day just by supporting them! SO IMPORTANT!!
If you cant squeeze in exercise on a day or just plain dont want to then the best advice is to be up and moving around as much as possible! Cleaning or something!! I challenge my team to up and moving 10 mins of every hour they are awake! Best wishes on your journey!
One of my biggest motivations is staying active on my team and participating regularly in the monthly challenge. I have a team called Challenge + Motivation = Weight Loss and the support and motivation that comes from the team is absoutley amazing! I dont know what I would do without this site!
One of the biggest things Ive learned is to take things one day at a time! Sometimes even one hour/minute at a time! Some days we may have to trudge or crawl to get through the day. The key is to NEVER GIVE UP and each day/hour is another chance to do things better than the day/hour before!
