Bundt Pan as Vertical Roaster

For a juicy bird thatís crispy all the way around, first layer potatoes, carrots, and onions on the bottom of the pan. Then season the chicken and place in the pan with the cavity over the center hole. Set the dish on a cookie sheet to collect any drippings and roast as usual.

Drano No!!!

I was told by a plumber that instead of using Drano or other harsh chemicals to pour baking soda down the drain, followed by vinegar, then cover the drain. It is better for the pipes too. Have been doing this for years, works like a charm and is cheap.

One spray in the toilet bowl before you potty and the stinkies are eliminated entirely BEFORE polluting the bathroom. This could possibly keep me from killing my husband! lol (That part's a JOKE, folks!)

Taste of Desert

Whenever there is a high calorie desert served I take 1 bite
of my husbands and savour it while he eats the rest. I have the
taste, but not the huge calorie load. You only taste the first bite
anyway!! and don't feel deprived!

Eat an apple every morning

An apple a day truly can keep the doctor away! They are packed full of good nutrients and have a good balance of carbs and fantastic flavor to keep you going until your mid morning snack (or have one for the snack!). My favorite right now are the Honeycrisp variety. YUM!

I give in to cravings :-)

I give myself 3 days to eat strict and right, but on the 4th day, I give myself an additional 100 to 300 calories...it seems to keep me going and stop me from plateau-ing!
