To keep motivated I put together a small book with my goals & pictures to motivate me...it is good to read & see what I want to achieve.
Don't toss out that empty tissue box. Instead use it for your plastic bags and put it under the sink.
So many times I felt my washer eat socks. So I bought a mesh bag and put all the sock in the bag and wash them all together in the bag and dried them in the bag. No more missing socks!!!
To keep motivated, write out very specific goals and use words that help you to feel what is it like at that goal. The more senses you can feel when reading your goals, the more motivated you stay!!!

NO LONGER USING DINNER SIZE PLATES,. i FOUND A LARGER SIZE DESSERT PLATE TO USE...IT MAKES MY EYES SEE A VERY FULL PLATE. THIS HELPS ME FEEL LIKE I ATE MORE THAN I DID.
I have a small note book that I have written down positive self-talk statements. I go over them 3 times a day and when I find myself say something unacceptable, I replace it with one of my positive self-talk statements. It really is making a difference. I am seeing the change in me!!
I put a saying on my refrigerator: Food is for nurishing the body, activities are for satisfying your emotions.
They pile up fast. So I go through them and tear out what I like, them put the information in a note book. I go through the articles later without all the clutter of magazine piles.
De-cluttering my kitchen was so much easier then I established work areas--one area for baking (just baking needs in this area) cooking area (just cooking need here); making lunches, etc. Now my kitchen flows better and easier, plus I have only what I need. It is now de-cluttered.
