Don't dispair if you've slipped (or jumped) off the wagon of improving healthly habits. Just choose one thing (ex: more fruit and veggies) to do as consistently as you can, and when you've mastered that, add another habit. Even just 10 minutes of walking every day will add up, and you'll find yourself walking longer than that before you know it.
We travel a lot and always take a small bar of soap to use at motels/hotels. We take the small soaps, shampoos, etc they provide and recycle them by donating to a battered-women's shelter. Sometimes they leave home with only what is on their backs. I've decided to knit/crochet a wash cloth and bag to hold everything, too - will start that with the latest accumulation of freebies.
