To get rid of a cold.

Feel a cold coming on? Use some Zinc suck tablet Do not chew or Do not drink with water, and cut the cold in half the time. You will feel much better and the cold will be gone. Do not drink any orange juice or citrus juice when taking zinc for 1/2 hour.

Drink lots of water and stay cool.

Due to this heat wave which we are experiencing, it is best to drink lots of water and stay cool. Avoid soda as much as possible. Water will quench your thirst, but soda will make you thirsty. Go for that big glass or bottle of water.
