Whenever I am in the middle of working out and feeling sluggish/tired, I put on a fun upbeat song that I have on the playlist for my upcoming wedding. I listen to the music and I picture the fit, happy bride I want to be on that day. It gives me the push I need to keep going!
Eating healthy can take a lot of prep time. I cut up and prepare salad fixings for 2-3 days at a time. I make bags of chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. and keep them ready for a fast, delicious salad. Just grab a serving from each bag and add to your plate. Yum!
