I love my chia seeds.. I sprinkle them on all kinds of things..(yougurt, salad, etc. they really have no flavor) they swell naturally... helping you to feel full.. they are stuffed with omega 3's (oz per oz they have more than salmon).

Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, 1/4 oz
Pumpkin Seeds, 0.5 oz (43 seeds)
I just cut up apple... dip it in the almond butter or the seeds or both. I love the crunch and I also like playing...
Not sure if these are made anywhere else, they are a large flat rice cake made fresh in the store they only have 16 calories in each and you can put anything on them.. they are crunchy and bland tasting so they will pick up any flavor you spread on them. I LOVE THEM!
