I am doing the Cha Cha ...Chia

I love my chia seeds.. I sprinkle them on all kinds of things..(yougurt, salad, etc. they really have no flavor) they swell naturally... helping you to feel full.. they are stuffed with omega 3's (oz per oz they have more than salmon).

Make you own picture look thinner for your Vision Board

I made my vision board for weigh loss last week I found this site where you put in your picture (download) and it redoes it to make you look thinner you put in your current weight and then you put in the weight you want it to make you look and it ... I loved it ! so I am passing it on... I wanted my vision board to have a projected weight picture for me to look at!

Apple with Almond Butter and Seeds YUMMM

Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia)
Almond Butter, 1 T
Flaxseed, 1/2 tbsp
Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, 1/4 oz
Pumpkin Seeds, 0.5 oz (43 seeds)

317 cal

I just cut up apple... dip it in the almond butter or the seeds or both. I love the crunch and I also like playing with my food... and eating with my fingers LOL

Moon Pop from Fry's Market

Not sure if these are made anywhere else, they are a large flat rice cake made fresh in the store they only have 16 calories in each and you can put anything on them.. they are crunchy and bland tasting so they will pick up any flavor you spread on them. I LOVE THEM!

popped corn

a large heavy bottom 5 qt pot ....
2 T veg. oil
one cup unpopped corn
a lid.... high heat
Wait for the popping to slow too just a few pops then stop heat and divide up the corn in zip-lock baggies add no seasoning at this time. 5 cups is 165 cal. I season it to whatever I am in the mood for sweet sprinkles or salt garlic salt..etc. they have very few cals the seasonings....& have a glass on lemon water ..iced tea with splenda and wow so nice to get whole grain low fat and crunchy.
