At the same time I started Sparkpeople, I subscribed to Cooking LIght Magazine. There are tons of great recipes in these magazines! Every recipe I've tried has been delicious. Even my formerly picky 9-year-old has liked everything I've made. The food is absolutely wonderful - restaurant worthy!

Join an existing team or form your own. It really helps you. For me, I know that I can turn to my team for support - and also that they are counting on me too. I feel accountable not only to myself, but to my team. All of this helps me to stay on track.
