This is stolen a bit from another just do it secret, but it has been a phrase of mine for years...
I play a game with my mind. When I am feeling hungry (and I have had my calorie quota already).
I simply just convince myself that the hunger pains are very pleasant as it means that my weight loss is working...
It is quite easy if you concentrate.

Stand in front of the mirror naked every morning and ask yourself " Am I where I want to be or do I need to lose more weight?"
The answer is usually easy and helps for those weak moments.
