Instead of smearing the suggested cooking oil all over the turkey - reach for cooking spray (like Pam) and spray the Turkey down for less calories AND perfect crisp skin!
I have found myself clicking through digital cable and finding music channels to use while on the treadmill! I try to find music that has bpm (beats per minute) that match up best with the speed on the treadmill. Totally motivates me to workout that much harder.
