When I make a recipe that uses tortillas, I use whole wheat tortillas instead of flour. The whole wheat tortillas hold up better and stay firm :)

I use cool whip instead of ice cream...it has a LOT less calories and you can add fruit to it for added taste! SO good!
It's hard to see the weight loss sometimes...i like to put on something sexy and check myself out in the mirror... a pair of jeans that fit just right, lingerie, or a tee shirt that belongs to my fiance are all I need sometimes to remind myself how far I've come and where I'm headed!
Instead of getting the butter lover's popcorn or cheese popcorn, get the 94% fat free and add your own seasoning (they sell popcorn seasoning). It's healthier and you can control how much you put on :}
I'm a stay at home mom (6 year old and 8 month old) and sometimes get overwhelmed. Thankfully, my gym has a kids club. I cut the brush that comes in the nail polish so it's shorter and I can control where the paint goes a little more. It REALLY helps when I'm painting my little girl's nails n piggies, too.
I use an old pillowcase to dust my ceiling fans and avoid flying dust! get the pillowcase damp, and put it around the fan blade (like a pillow) and then pull it off. All the dust stays inside the pillowcase :]
