I've found that the plain Chobani greek yogurt tastes so much like sour cream that I use it on my baked potatoes or in mashed potatoes and on nacho's and taco's instead of sour cream. That way I up my protein intake and probiotic's without all the fat from sour cream!
I loved grilled chicken fresh off the grill, but dislike the flavor when its been reheated. So I bought the little George Forman grill and whenever I want a piece of fresh grilled chicken, I just slap an individual chicken breast on the grill and 9 minutes later - DINNER !!!
I read the label of everything I buy. That alone has opened my eyes to what is in our foods. More and more I am turning away from all "easy", quick foods because there is so much junk in them. I am getting back into cooking the way our grandparents did (from scratch) so I know exactly what is in my meals.
