I am eating this because...

If you had to complete that sentence and say it out loud before each time you ate:
Would you eat as often?
Would you eat the same foods? the same quantities?

I am eating this because: I am truly hungry AND it is healthy fuel for my body."

I am trying this myself, to eat only when I can say that sentence out loud. Otherwise, I need to reconsider my choices, or why I am reaching for food at all. Boredom? Stress? ...

Be Cheap! View daily calories as cash, NOT an unlimited credit card!

View your daily calories as the amount of cash you have in your wallet; NOT an unlimited credit card!

Limit calorie spending to the amount of cash you PRE planned to spend. Eat filling foods that are low cost/cal. Don't waste calorie money on junk that leaves you w/ buyers' remorse & extra pounds.

And count EVERYTHING; it's easy to nickel & dime yourself out of your weight loss.

Bonus: intentional movement & exercise become money in the bank!

Live cheaply, spend wisely, be healthy.
