when life hits you , FIGHT BACK..Many obstacles will come and go, stay hungry , stay focused , you will pull through! know it , BELIEVE IT, write it down , whatever you must do, giving up is NOT AN OPTION... life is life , be in control, you can lay down and die, or you can get up and fight.. i might get my but kicked in the process, BUT I FIGHT A GOOD FIGHT !!! small goal, small deadline, BIG ACHIEVEMENT..

pick a small achievable goal: eat fruit only for breakfast or salad only for lunch, or pack lunch instead of buying all week.
small deadline: this week only, or for the next two weeks. pick a deadline that's doable.


BIG ACHIEVEMENT : once you have accomplished your small goal you feel great, look at this small steps , toward your BIG goals.

be happy with your small success, the payoff is big :)

next size down~~ start early , stay motivated!

walmart,target, and other retailers always have CLEARANCE racks. whatever your next size down is find something , just one thing that you would love to wear and buy it. even if it is a cheap pair of cotton shorts for summer, or around the house( $5.00) hang it so you can see it everyday , and remember you bought it to WEAR it.

after you wear it, and move on, sell it @ a garage sale. the $5 you would have spent on lunch or coffee, cant ever be sold for any dollar amount even $1 back helps!!

attention all "readers", i gotta share this one....

i came across the best book in the world, "eat to live", by joel fuhrman m.d. the book describes in depth the reasons for healthful eating, what we should eat endless amounts of (yes there is NO calorie counting, NO weighing food) and things we should avoid. there are even a daily allowance of 1 normal size glass of wine, if you dont want to give that up. lots of veggies,fruits,nuts,beans,le
gumes,.

DEFINITELY WORTH GOGGLING, VISIT YOUR LOCAL LIBRARY TO CHECK OUT, OR BUY THE BOOK ,, I DID :)

~~~jazz up your water ~~~

peppermint leaves, lemon,lime,ginger,spearmint leaves, 4 fresh blended strawberries, 1 blended slice of cantaloupe, 1/4 cup blended fresh pineapple ...... the list goes on.... these are all things that i love to add to my 32 oz. glass of h20 just to add some flavor and jazz it up, not to mention very healthy choices, low in calories , and REFRESHING !

sometimes you just have to count on YOURSELF

if you have a swarm of positive support and positive people around you great ! for those of us that dont have it, well we need to surround ourselves with our own positivity. what i mean is that sometimes you only have YOU to count on for that extra push, or support and THIS IS OK. dont go searching to find from others what you already have inside of yourself to give to yourself.

EXCUSES.... a bridge to nowhere

we have very little in life that we are in complete control of. a job, if we will wake in the a.m., the weather.. those of us who are FORTUNATE enough to be able to move our bodies, and have control over exercising, don't have any excuse! DON'T TAKE FOR GRANTED WHAT OTHERS CAN NOT DO!! IF YOU ARE NOT TREATING YOUR BODY RIGHT , I CAN GUARANTEE YOU THAT SOMEBODY OUT THERE WOULD LOVE TO TRADE PLACES WITH YOU. can you say that you did not make any excuses today? best to all in making NO EXCUSES!!
