when life hits you , FIGHT BACK..Many obstacles will come and go, stay hungry , stay focused , you will pull through! know it , BELIEVE IT, write it down , whatever you must do, giving up is NOT AN OPTION... life is life , be in control, you can lay down and die, or you can get up and fight.. i might get my but kicked in the process, BUT I FIGHT A GOOD FIGHT !!! WE ALL CAN!!!

pick a small achievable goal: eat fruit only for breakfast or salad only for lunch, or pack lunch instead of buying all week.
walmart,target, and other retailers always have CLEARANCE racks. whatever your next size down is find something , just one thing that you would love to wear and buy it. even if it is a cheap pair of cotton shorts for summer, or around the house( $5.00) hang it so you can see it everyday , and remember you bought it to WEAR it.
i came across the best book in the world, "eat to live", by joel fuhrman m.d. the book describes in depth the reasons for healthful eating, what we should eat endless amounts of (yes there is NO calorie counting, NO weighing food) and things we should avoid. there are even a daily allowance of 1 normal size glass of wine, if you dont want to give that up. lots of veggies,fruits,nuts,beans,le
peppermint leaves, lemon,lime,ginger,spearmint leaves, 4 fresh blended strawberries, 1 blended slice of cantaloupe, 1/4 cup blended fresh pineapple ...... the list goes on.... these are all things that i love to add to my 32 oz. glass of h20 just to add some flavor and jazz it up, not to mention very healthy choices, low in calories , and REFRESHING !
if you have a swarm of positive support and positive people around you great ! for those of us that dont have it, well we need to surround ourselves with our own positivity. what i mean is that sometimes you only have YOU to count on for that extra push, or support and THIS IS OK. dont go searching to find from others what you already have inside of yourself to give to yourself.

we have very little in life that we are in complete control of. a job, if we will wake in the a.m., the weather.. those of us who are FORTUNATE enough to be able to move our bodies, and have control over exercising, don't have any excuse! DON'T TAKE FOR GRANTED WHAT OTHERS CAN NOT DO!! IF YOU ARE NOT TREATING YOUR BODY RIGHT , I CAN GUARANTEE YOU THAT SOMEBODY OUT THERE WOULD LOVE TO TRADE PLACES WITH YOU. can you say that you did not make any excuses today? best to all in making NO EXCUSES!!
