Clear the clutter.

The way I eat the best and stay away from junk food is that I clean my fridge, freezers and cabinets out and throw away or give away the junk food. I restock my kitchen with healthy food and resolve to not let myself bring the enemy/junk food back into home. Out of site/out of house, out of mind!

If you are just started to get back on track and starting a weight loss routine. Kick soda out of your diet and drink water instead. You'll lose weight faster and feel so much better. No more feeling bloated in the morning. :)
