I get all my books from the library. You can go their website, place a 'hold request' on any book you want. They will send it to your closest branch that you designate, usually pretty quickly, and let you know when it has arrived. GENIUS!
I read an article that simply standing rather than sitting can burn up to 300 more calories a day. So...when I am at the park with the kids, I don't sit on the bench anymore. At their soccer games, I walk the sidelines.
