No matter what you put in your food tracker your body knows the truth. Make sure that you are putting in honestly what you eat. Just because you don't put it in or fudge it a little doesn't really change what the food or calorie count really is.
I began using chopsticks for everything. In the beginning it was wonderful because I was not very good at it, I ate slower and realized I was full before I finished my portions. My brain had time to compute I was full before I over ate. by the time my chop stick skills were more advanced I was use to eating smaller portions. Last year i began eating with regular silver wear again and began over eating. I'm starting today back with my chopsticks.
These packs of almonds have such a good chocate flavor! They curb my sweet tooth and my crunchy snacky cravings all at the same time! And they dont leave chocolaty mess on your fingers since the coacoa is baked into the almond!
I just love my Ove Gloves. I bought two of the originals years ago and recently replaced them with the new ones that have the grippers. They not only protect my hands from heat but my fingers still have some dexterity when I wear them. Warning...never use them if they are wet.
