kicking the sugar crave to the kerb!

I have a container of MINI chuppa chupps that I keep in my room and have one every now and then when I have cravings for something sweet.
Each lollypop contains 24 calories (which I track) and by the time I have finished (which can last anywhere between 5-20 minutes) I have satisfied my sugar craving without ruining my calorie count for the day.

Drinking the recommended 8 glasses of water a day

8 glasses of water seems daunting at the best of times and I often look at the water tracker throughout the day and think;
DAMN, ONLY 4 GLASSES?? COULD HAVE SWORN I DRANK MORE!!??

To overcome this issue, every night before I head to bed I fill up two 750ml bottles and put them in the fridge. That way throughout the day I can just be sipping at them instead of drinking a whole glass at once and before I know it the whole 2 bottles are gone!
