Think FROM your goal weight not of it. Imagine yourself as already having achieved your goal. How would you act? What would you eat? What activities would you do if you were fit?
Start a new healthy habit by picking one small step that you cannot fail at. That way you are starting with success and you can build from there. For example, if you wanted to stop drinking soft drinks, tell yourself you will switch from a large size to a medium.
