Setting my alarm 3 times a day to workout!!
Nothing keeps me honest like writing it down! It's a gentle tap on the shoulder when I'm tempted to cheat, it's a great encouragement when I've done well, it helps me plan my day more productively. Then I have a record of what has worked and what hasn't.
Whenever you're tempted to go off track, stop and think! Imagine how good you'll feel tonight, as you head for bed, with a successful day under your belt. You'll be so proud! Accomplished! You'll feel good! Excited! Successful!
